Blessings (VERY specific commission from Liam for his bedroom)

First layer of the shadow areas. Can't believe I've placed the birds slap-bang in the middle! Not sure how I didn't see this? Anyway, am placing text along the top and possibly sides (divinely inspired...wait & see!) - so it may still work. The 2 x animals to the left are deceased, but Liam has such fond memories of them and insisted that they were included. Note his hamster, Sugar, on his shoulder!

Struggled a bit with the composition of these elements as there's so many. Am going to have fun with this and play a bit...

Decided to document my progress (along with all the changes and mistakes) of this commission by Liam for his bedroom. I'm following a very specific brief from him, so it should be fun to see how it turns out. Please feel free to comment and/or add any constructive critism.

Time is fleeting! Am grabbing moments to work on Liam's painting inbetween other commitments. Have worked on the animals a bit - and still trying to resolve the issue of the missing cat...where to put her? Needed to have planned better. Anyway...good practise & just need to keep going.
